About the National Portrait GalleryThe National Portrait Gallery, located in Chinatown, shares a building with the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and is dedicated to showcasing America's diverse history through the artists, leaders, and entrepreneurs that have helped mold and shape our culture. The 20th Century Americans Exhibition is permanent and features photographs, statues and paintings of the 20th century's most culturally, socially and politically influential individuals.

4. Art is able to convey many different meanings. Each person can find a different meaning out of the same artwork which makes it easier to convey a personalized message to connect with the employees.

5. Artists can spark creativity in a company. By learning the mindset of an artist, employees can take this mindset and apply it to their work. This spark in creativity will generate innovation.
